I have to leave a bad review because I’ve been coming to this Jersey mikes for years and within the past 2-3 months the sandwiches have been very inconsistent and mediocre . My order has been wrong so many times and it’s due to simply not paying attention. I ordered a sandwich with Swiss cheese and another with American cheese and both sandwiches will have Swiss cheese, wrong bread, certain requests missing. Recently I’ve been receiving ONE slice of meat! ONE slice of meat is ridiculous! These sandwiches cost $14. I’m not sure if there are new staff or what’s going on but this place used to have it together. It’s very hit or miss now.

Left a 50$ dollar tip on 24$ sandwich and they didnt even say thanks. What happened to customer service. A simple thank you would've been sufficient. I will not be back to this Jersey Mike's ever again.

Go to any other Jersey Mikes location. This one is not capable of getting an order correct. We have given them several opportunities and they just can’t get it right.

It was busy when we went. The workers were doing the best they could,but couldn't keep. My daughter had a gift card on her phone that wasn't accepted at the store even though the card said all stores. Don't expect to use Internet there. We weren't able to sign up for their apt

Sandwich was really tasty until I got severe food poisoning later that night (had to go to the ER on Christmas). Please be careful of sanitation and making sure employees are not sick when handling others food.

Food is always great, price of food is expensive but that's everywhere so can't complain. Never had a bad sandwich for there. Wait time sometimes for pick up is ridiculous but ordering there seems to be the best option.

It's my goto Philly. I love #43 on rosemary parm bread with peppers, onion, and chipotle mayonnaise. I should probably branch out. But I'm afraid I'd miss my cheesesteak too much.

With meats that are hand-sliced right in front of you, fresh veggies and breads, the sandwiches are a cut above the "Subpar" competition. This location has been very clean every time I've been there. The staff are fast, friendly, and professional.
This is a great place with great food and excellent customer service!
