This is a great and very popular snack place and Latin. You will receive large portions and great service. Although it is busy, we bought strawberries in sweet cream and Elotes (corn was great.
Do not get fooled by the hours on here, we've driven up here twice thinking it's the right time but they are always closed. The serivce is not the best but the ice cream is great.
