NO BLACKS ALLOWED AT HILDALGO.
I was just there, and 3 people looked at me, never spoke. I'm like do y'all serve blacks, the gentleman says no. I'm like Wow..what. I ask again, do yall serve black people, he says again no. I asked for the manager, he says he is the manager, asked for his make he said Juan.
Went on to tell him I was sad and offended to this.. he looked straight ahead, never got up.
