The food is AMAZING and a must have in this town. The service is alright and I personally found the waitresses annoying and unprofessional, but it might not bother anyone else. It's nice and homey, if a Greek restaurant can feel like home.

The eight of us went to Kalamaki for the first time this past weekend. We ordered different things, but we all agreed that the food was excellent! If I have to mention a few best, it would be Spanakopita (appetizer), gyro lamb plate (that I ordered), and Skepasti / Greek quesadilla (that my son ordered).

And save space for the heavenly desserts! 🙂 I got bougatsa, a creamy and flaky Greek custard pie that was served warm. Oh so good!

I absolutely love the Chicken Skepasti with the fresh chicken, vegetables, and the perfect amount of cheese. The fries are seasoned well with nice amount of golden crispiness. I cannot forget about the excellent customer service by my server Annie. She was very attentive and took very good care of me. If I could give more give more stars I would. I definitely recommend dine in or take out. I’ll be back soon (like tomorrow soon).
