I'm the kind of person who can't leave less than a five star review, so I don't review many places.
This McDonald’s, though, really deserves five stars. The difference between this location and many others we’ve been to is honestly surprising.
We used to live nearby and recently stopped in again while we were in the area. It immediately reminded us how well this place is run. It was clean, the employees were friendly and professional, and everything just felt well-run.
The McDonald’s locations closer to our current home don’t give the same experience at all. Service at those places ranges from unremarkable to unfriendly in comparison. Those locations are also less clean and have consistent issues correctly filling our orders.
This location REALLY stands out. Great job to the whole team!

Every time I go to a McDonald’s they prove why it’s considered an insult to work at McDonald’s. 4 sandwiches made incorrectly and poorly wrapped so as I’m trying to hand them back to be remade the lettuce that wasn’t supposed to be on the sandwich was falling out in the car. Then they bring them back and the cheese is cold and the sandwiches are clearly smashed like they’re trying to hide the fact that they just cleaned the patties and put them on new bread. I can’t even be mad because they’re already being punished enough by life. I can’t even imagine how difficult their lives must be if they find working at McDonald’s a challenge.

I am so sick of this place, and the other locations. It's all the same. The employees are absolutely dreadful, you can't ask them to verify an order at the speaker but magically once you get to the window, they can. (I don't want to wait for an order that might be stolen, and would like to know before wasting 10 minutes for nothing, which happens the most at these places.) This wouldn't be an issue if they let us drivers walk in, and they did for a short time, but discontinued that. It's not so bad Mon-Thur, but forget this place on the weekend. Not worth the aggravation. Wish more people would order somewhere else. McDonald's needs to be more like Raising Canes or at least Whataburger.

If you’re looking to play monopoly, look elsewhere. Last two times I bought eligible items here they didn’t have game pieces.
We love this location! It may not be brand new, but the staff here is always so friendly and truly takes great care of us. Today, Tamra and the manager helped us celebrate my niece birthday party, and everything was absolutely perfect! 🎉

I went, specifically to try the new chicken crisper, with the chili sauce. I heard good things about the sauce/chicken combination. Got there, only to discover that that sauce is no longer an option. So I had to get sauce elsewhere. That's not something I feel I should have to do. I will not be returning. I'll go to Popeyes, instead. They didn't discontinue their signature sauce, served with their chicken dippers. Thank you mcdonalds corporate, for making my choice quite easy.

The food is consistent - but the workers have a serious lack of customer service. I avoid this location now because of the bad attitudes and eye rolls just by interacting with a staff member.
They purposefully ignore customers, brush past them waiting in line, and scoff when you have a request. Especially Oscar, the manager, is one of the worst examples.
McDonald's is much better than this overall. Shame on this location and it's managers.

What makes it even better? They’re open super late 🌙⏰, and it’s surprisingly quiet 🙌😌. Whether you’re grabbing a midnight snack 🍔🥤🍟, hanging with friends 😎, or looking for a chill spot to study 📚💻, this place delivers.
