this is for Tania and oscar, i apply for job at this location and Tania called one time and hang up and i been trying to get back to her for more then a week now and i called and sent sereval text but no respond and i even went to store but nobody was there no Tania no Oscar and i even try today called and text to here but no respond and i still waiting to receive a call from them . very poor manegment and poor hiring process .i'm feeling that nobody cares about people who apply for job at this location.

McDonald's of 3200 Eldorado Pkwy, McKinney, 75070 has immature staff who doesn't care or take their job seriously and aren't professional. you can't leave little teenagers in charge of fast restaurant without an adult supervision. these are children who are going to behave like children. You also need two bilingual people on staff and have clear communication. I just called to request a number for HR and the child who answered yelled on the other line and hung up. I called back and they pretended to not speak any English. Which wasn't a good idea since I speak spanish as well!

Unfortunately they never have the coffees I want, only ice coffees, I asked for a hot French vanilla hot coffee and they said they didn’t have it, only regular hot coffee and ice coffees, that doesn’t make any sense, you should be able to get what you asked for if it is on the menu specially if it’s cold weather outside, how disappointing!!! 👎👎👎

Avoid this McDonald’s. I hate how they don’t disclose that they charge for sauce. You can order five sandwiches 3-10 piece chicken nuggets and they only give you four barbecue and 4 ketchup packets. In other words, you can spend $50 at this place and the most barbecue packets that they will give you is four. I will say if they’re not adding a disclosure at the ordering area than the attendant at the ordering area through the Mike should say how many ketchup packets would you like oh and by the way anything over this amount of sauce packets we will charge extra not wait till you’re at the window and asking them and telling them you’re short on sauce. I would just say avoid the conflict with the folks that worked there. They have no fault it’s management. It’s the fact that it’s a franchise location. I understand that however we as consumers can just go elsewhere and should somewhere where they’re not counting every single sauce packet.
McDonald’s when I spend over $45 on your mobile app for delivery I expect to have edible food. Every fry order (4) we’re old and cold fries, burgers were cold and gross and when I order chicken nuggets a with bbq sauce I would expect to receive sauce to go with the nuggets. Do better. People work hard for their money and for you to take advantage and provide old and cold food. I will be contacting my CC company to dispute these charges. I would give zero stars if I could.
