Is it free if we have waited over an hour for our pizza?
After waiting over an hour for my pizza to arrive, I finally called to check on it and was told delivery time was an hour and a half! Perhaps you should tell people that when they order!!! So disappointed! Never ordering from Papa Johns again!
UPDATE... And then my pizza arrived WRONG!!!

Really quite amazed that the manager Shawn is a manager... did you really tell an employee that lost a family member that he had to come to work and people get old and then they die?! Basically get over it! What a dick move, dude!!!
