I absolutely love this food having lived in Italy. These sandwiches that you pick fresh that are made daily are in 80 an area where you can pick your sandwich of choice and then they make it a Panini. They press it and heat it and when it comes to you, it’s an absolute fabulous Melt in your mouth savory bite. The ambience is wonderful. It’s a great place to sit with your friends and have a chat in a meal.

The atmosphere and customer service was terrible, and I had a negative experience all around. No gluten free options.

Fantastic place! I had the ham n cheese with Peach Jalapeño jelly!! I loved it!!! My first visit and I'm ready to go back and try another flavor! It has a very chill vibe, and appreciate prices for what you get. Definitely recommend this place!!!

The cauliflower sandwich and tomato bisque is delicious! On a good weather day, sitting outside on their patio to eat is a lovely experience.

Located on the McKinney Square. If it’s busy downtown forget about parking anywhere near here unless you get lucky. It’s a part shop and restaurant with seating in the back and on the porch which is nice. Not a lot of selection of items, but quality is usually very good. I usually get the famous ham and cheese. It’s smoked ham and cheese with jalapeño peach jelly on an jalapeño and cheddar sourdough. It’s very good and a good portion. I also got red potato salad as a side. Good potato salad with actual pickles in it. You get a very good chocolate chip cookie free with your order. My total was $20. It can be a little slow to get your food if there are more than a few people in front of you. If you have never been where you order is not 100% clear. Overall, they have some good sandwiches and the location is hard to beat right on the square. Be aware if it’s busy on the square you will have a wait.

We went for lunch today and had such an amazing experience. I ordered a turkey sandwich and did not realize the bread had seeds or oats in it, which I can’t eat because of diverticulitis. I went inside to ask for a piece of white bread to move my sandwich onto and they insisted on making me a whole new sandwich and even brought it outside to me. The food is wonderful, but their customer service is even better. I highly recommend!!

Roasted cauliflower sandwich had very little cauliflower and was much too wet for my liking. Sandwiches overpriced given what you get. Will not be returning.

My wife and I love this place. Our favorite sandwich is the ham and jelly. Absolutely recommend!
Fun lunch spot in downtown McKinney. Big enough portions to share. Gift shop inside restaurant is a bonus for unique food items.

Went to eat there today, their sandwich selection is mediocre. I wish they had better sandwiches
My first visit was yesterday. Upon walking in, I couldn’t figure out how to order food, there were no menus anywhere. I saw one case that had some drinks and some sides and then there was one case that had premade sandwiches. I noticed that people were receiving orders, names were being called to pick up your order. So I asked the girl at the order desk if there was food to order or if I had to pick a sandwich from the case and she said pick a sandwich from the case. So then I ask her if I could have a sandwich made without bread, I’m gluten-free. She told me no the lady back in the prep kitchen told me there were salads at the end and to go get a salad. There was one salad option a small Caesar, but unfortunately, I have an egg allergy too. It was a bit frustrating and I don’t understand why they wouldn’t make me a sandwich without bread. So my entire lunch was potato salad. I don’t ever expect places to accommodate my food needs, but when I see them making custom orders and then they refuse to make me one, or don’t offer me a menu, that is super frustrating. I won’t be going back.
