Piada Italian Street Food

I'm not entirely sure if it's strictly an Italian restaurant, but they offer Chipotle-style bowls, wraps, and pastas. The food is really delicious and flavorful. However, the service was disappointing; the staff were not welcoming or friendly at all. It's definitely worth a visit for the food, but don't expect much in terms of hospitality.

Great experience. Had a less than great experience during my initial visit, but when I called, Chef Jocelyn listened and promised to make things right if we gave them another chance. When we returned the next day, Jocelyn was very kind and guaranteed us a much better experience. She made every effort to make everything perfect on our second visit. And she did just that. The service was truly above and beyond! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. I had the Avocado Chopped Salad with chicken, and my husband had the Basil Pesto pasta with steak and chicken. She offered us free drinks and a dessert on top of our complimentary meals, and checked on us in the dining room to ensure we were satisfied. We will return to this location. We love Piada now. Its such a great, fresh concept.

We tried the carbonara with hot chicken 🥵 and the burrata marinara pastas both were delicious. The garlic dough was amazing, drinks were great too.

Fernando is an awesome person. He always has a smile on his face and he greets us every time we come in. He knows our food already and he starts making our food since he sees us on the door. we love how clean he is and fast he his. He is the reason why we keep going back

Visited Piada for the first time this week and absolutely loved it. The food was amazing and the staff was even better. A lady named Joselyn kindly walked me through the menu and was very patient, even allowing me to sample a piece of their AMAZING grilled chicken and their new summer drink. I ended up ordering the carbonara pasta with the grilled chicken with a pepperoni piada stick on the side. Very tasty! I will definitely be back to try more menu items!

Piadas on Eldorado is always so solid! Great food, fantastic and quick service, and the student deal is incredible! My favorite restaurant to eat at when I visit from Austin!

What a great experience! I visited with friends and we decided to try a few different menu items, including salads and a Piada Roll. Aubrey and Chef Fernando were incredibly helpful and gave us excellent recommendations. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Their hospitality really made our visit memorable. Definitely give the Summer Fresca a try. it’s absolutely delicious!
