Delivery was quick, which may have lead to the order that was delivered. I don't know if pizza hut has a quality control person looking over the orders before they are delivered. If they do then they need more training, if they don't then they need someone! I ordered pizza and cheesy bread sticks. The pizza was undercooked and cold (I had to cook it in my oven before I could eat it) and the bread sticks were burnt! Ordered 1 hr ago stated for 30mins would arrive at 8:37Noone picking up the phone called 6 times. Takes 1 time with me thanks for the reviews never again refund or Corp office asap.2weeks later no refund no order, manager was not professional wouldn't even attempt to satisfy the situation with another order 2 weeks ago. We were missing half our order, they never returned our phone call. The actual location in McKinney never picked up their phone. I was rerouted and rerouted for several hours. Trying to feed seven kids without the food or service or even having an anyone acknowledge, my existence was disgusting.Kid-friendliness: We have five children, four adults, and we never received the correct food.
