Shogun Hibachi & Sushi

Ruth took great care of us and was really funny and on top of our drink refills. We had the hibachi and the chef was really awesome and funny. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was delicious. Plenty to eat and take home for a second meal which heated up nice for lunch yesterday. Really loved it here and will be back.

Fantastic food. Plan to take some home and there is plenty.

I give them a solid 3 out of 10. This is including food and service. Waitress just wanted us in and out as soon as we met her (not all of them. the waitress we were greeted by and the waitress that stopped to check in with us were definitely kind). Their $5 marg was tasty! Not strong, at all. It tasted a lot like a limeade to me. Waitress wrote down one of our party’s order incorrectly and when we spoke with the chef to resolve, he did not problem solve or give us another resolution but I will say it was not his fault, but he also didn’t care too much to resolve (again, the chef was not at fault but was not too worried at finding a resolution either ). The food wasn’t too flavorful and the yum yum sauce taste like mayonnaise (I couldn’t even tell it was yum yum sauce). They gave us a pretty good quantity of food, but I DO NOT BELIEVE IT WAS WORTH IT. No shade. From the service, to the food, and just the overall experience, I feel like we basically are paying to keep their lights on. Would I return? Definitely not. But it’s something to eat if you starving and just greedy. Lastly, I have included an image showing them placing out new dishes for their next set of customer already😭🤣. I have also included my receipt.

Unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected. The food was extremely greasy, and the restaurant was very hot with no working AC, making it uncomfortable to sit and eat. The floors had a lot of buildup and were very slippery, which was concerning. The hibachi smoke would blow directly into your face because the vents did not seem to be working properly. The smell of grease was also everywhere, including on the preparation areas. Overall, the environment and cleanliness need a lot of improvement.

Family has been going here for years. Food is always amazing and staff is always friendly. Tried other hibachi places but they just don't compare to the food here. Even though it is a little bit of a drive for us, the food is worth it!

I booked a table for my husband's 41st birthday for 21 people, but three didn't show up. They still took care of us, and it was great. I even brought my own cake and kept it in their fridge, and they gave me plates and forks to serve it. The food was so good, and the portions were huge, so I had leftovers. It was my husband's first time at a Hibachi grill, and he loved it. Our chefs were amazing.

Rushed out on a Thursday. Spent 300 bucks in 15 mins. And was still rushed out. Other tables seemed to have a better time. Im sure they were just having an off night?

I really had high hopes for this place but it was a complete let down. We ordered drinks and none of them had alcohol in it. It was just watery juice, they had to be removed from our tab. I’m not sure if the rice was burnt or undercooked but it was crispy and chewy. It also did not have a lot of flavor. The steak was EXTREMELY tough and chewy. The shrimp and salmon were okay. I definitely would not come back. We spent $100 and did not really eat anything on our plates.

I enjoyed my time here, the food was great, the performance of the chef was good. Although, I called to ask about the wait time, etc. And the Customer service from the lady I spoke to was not good.
