Very disappointed with the taste consistency at this location. It is very hit or miss. After a workout you want a great tasting. Smoothie and smoothie King does offer that but this location is very iffy.

Paid $11 for a smoothie bowl that isn’t even full. Do not recommend this location. I visit smoothie king multiple times a week and this is unacceptable.Dietary restrictions: Couldn’t even get an accurate description of my calories because half my bowl was missing.

I really am a big fan of Smoothie King but my regular Smoothie was so poorly prepared today. I recognized right away my smoothie was not being prepared properly . As my Ordered Smoothie was being poured into 32 oz cup it was a very thin liquid. I also notice it was wrong color. I ask once i recieved my order what was exact ingredients because the color and consitency was off. The employee repeated what she prepared. The order was completely wrong . Instead of starting over she just added strawberries and more ice to remaining liquid left in the blender. Poured it a 32 oz cup and handed it to me. So i was very displeased. I request for a complete make over . It's terrible to have to go through such a bad experience because employee want to do short cuts vs following company standards to make sure customer is satisfied and quality product is being served.

Now I know why they’re encouraging people to come to this location and use the coupons, the worst attention ever!!! The guy never talked to me I had to ask everything, and at the end, I did not even know my drink was ready because he said NOTHING the whole time i was there. Is Like if they don't want to be there... The place was dirty, a lot of trash and mosquitoes around... Not coming back to this place????

caught the person putting sugar into my smoothie even though i ordered 30 mins in advance and they had not even started. i used to work at smoothie king, turbinado sugar is not apart of the recipe of the smoothie i ordered.

Smoothies are good, but service has been a problem the last few weeks. I have ordered at this location for years and the last few times I put my order in 40 min before arriving for pick up and still have to wait 10-20 min. Good way to lose a customer.

Horrible experience! I normally order from another Smoothie King and luckily I do! I ordered online and picked up in store. I get there and I taste my smoothie—wrong smoothie! Mind you, I get the same smoothie EVERY SINGLE DAY! I know what goes in it, what color it’s supposed to be and what it’s supposed to taste like. No one was out front. I called for over a minute and finally someone comes out of the back. I tell him it’s the wrong smoothie and he starts getting an attitude then telling me I have an attitude for telling him he made the wrong smoothie! I let him know I was not paying for my smoothie so he made another one. STILL the wrong smoothie! Rude rude rude! Should not be working in the customer service industry! Like I said I get the SAME smoothie every single day, I know!
