Second visit here. I understand that orders can get mixed up. I dont understand why the server needed to be so confrontational about correcting the order. She was as salty as the onion rings.

Nice little cafe with good coffee and desserts. Quick service and reasonable prices. Perfect for a short break.

This is absolutely the worst Sonic I have ever seen. I ordered cheese sticks that had no cheese in them and all the cheese sticks were stuck together, just one big blob of a mess. I did not eat them and trashed them. I have eaten here several times and no-matter what I order it is not good. The food has a weird taste like they are using old grease. Do not waste your money.

I ordered cheese tater tots and get home with fries. I also ordered two pretzels with cheese sauce and once again no cheese sauce, twice in two weeks, not the same location though. It's disappointing when you order and see it in the screen but get home and the order is wrong

It's a sonic, don't expect something fantastic. I just had a watermelon slushy and it was a watermelon slushy but not the best I've had. Service (Christian) did his job, meeting expectations. Tables were clean and the screens to order worked.
They tolerated our shenanigans. My brother ordered a cup of pickle bubbles to see if they'd give it to us and sure enough, they changed us under fifty cents to get a ketchup cup sized cup of pickle bubbles which my brother downed in one gulp (and regretted it). I would give this place four stars, but for the sake of their good humored nature, they get five.

I wish this sonic sold bagged ice like other locations. It is the closest to our home but since they do not sell bagged ice we must go to locations further away. Very disappointing.

The people that work night shift are not friendly. This place is not technology friendly as you cannot Apple Pay anything. And when you ask for help with assistance with the app, they act like they don’t want to help or do their job. I asked for all of my food to be cooked fresh and it still came out cold. horrible customer service.

Food is always fresh. My only concern is the ice machine. The ice always has a mildew flavor to it. I love this sonic but please clean the ice machine.

My recent experiences at this Sonic location have been consistently disappointing. It's frustrating to order items and not receive the standard accompaniments. I've been given pretzels without any cheese sauce multiple times, which really detracts from the experience. Additionally, they frequently forget to include any dipping sauces with chicken nuggets. It's a minor detail, but it makes a big difference when you're expecting it, especially with nuggets. To make matters worse, I've even tried calling the restaurant's number to complain, but nobody answers the phone. I hope they can improve their attention to detail when fulfilling orders and their customer service.

I stopped by this Sonic and ordered French toast sticks, only to be charged $0.25 for syrup which apparently is now standard policy. That’s like ordering a burger and fries and being told ketchup costs $0.25 for your fries, or being charged for mustard with a pretzel. I understand inflation and rising costs, and I’m not sure if this is a local or corporate decision, but either way, charging for what’s traditionally included is a poor business move. It feels like customers are being nickel-and-dimed.
