Swig is a popular spot known for its customizable drinks and friendly service. Customers are excited about the variety of options, including sugar-free drinks, regular sodas, purées, creams, and a "Reviver" energy boost. Many enjoy creating their own drinks using the "design your own" feature on the app, which has become addictive for some, as they find it hard to stop once they start. The atmosphere is welcoming, with helpful staff who go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Service is often praised for being fast and kind, making customers feel appreciated. The store also offers fun merchandise, such as the Shark cup, which delights fans. Several reviews mention delicious treats like the butter beer, pumpkin choc chip cookies, and the new Spice Spice Baby, though some prefer certain flavors over others. The pup cup with a milk bone is a hit among pet owners. Overall, Swig is appreciated for its tasty drinks, friendly staff, and the fun, inviting environment that keeps customers coming back for more.
