I’ve stopped at this location many times with 100% satisfactory service however today was the complete opposite! Tried to order on the app which was unsuccessful. Arrived at Sonic about 4:05, asked if they had my order via online app or if needed to redo. Was told it was there, payment as all that was needed. Paid and then we waited......and waited.....and waited as those who arrived after us got their drinks. Then waited some more as the screen said order was “in the kitchen”...read full review
