TL;DR: RUDE, BAD FOOD – AVOID THIS LOCATION
Ordered for a family of 5, asked twice for ketchup for the kids—was told it was included. Got one packet. Asked again, was told I’d have to pay for more. When I pushed back, they refused service and hung up on me. All over ketchup. Absolutely ridiculous behavior and terrible service. This place just lost a loyal customer and a lot of future business.
The manager seemed sincere, so I don’t think I’m getting played, but this is insane! We got Sonic for everyone after a band concert tonight. They repeat back the order at the menu box, then again when they bring it out. Everyone sounded perfect. We get home and the mozzarella sticks are missing, plus two burgers had no lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions.
