I worked at Starbucks for a long time, so I know how things are supposed to run. We went on a Sunday morning, and though there were 3 baristas working, only 1 was taking orders at the drive-thru, making drinks, and handling payments. They forgot one of our drinks, then made it wrong twice. I took most of the ice out of a venti sized drink and I had way less then half of the cup of coffee. I know the employees have to do what they are told and it's my own fault because I should have known better to ask for no ice but if you people really want to get your money's worth then I suggest you ask for little or no ice. I feel cheated. I'm sure corporate in a lot of companies add so much ice for a reason unless you ask them not to. The more ice the less drink...
Camden was my favorite barista, he made the drinks perfectly and had a bangin bod, but Logan and Ashton make semidecent substitutes. The staff is an 11/10 but they need to bring back the s’mores frap tbh
