I love coming to this Starbucks. The employees service here is amazing specially Alanis. She always has a big smile and remembers my order. She always makes feel like I'm part of her family.

Long line this morning so I placed my order in the app while at the end of the drive-thru line. Although my coffee was pipping hot - none of the key ingredients that MAKE a cup of coffee for ME weren’t included. As soon as I walked into the location with my coffee Wynter recognized there was a problem. She listened to me, explained there has been changes in the amounts of flavor pumps when making coffee now. I ordered the oatmeal this morning and not knowing that I had to ask for certain topping it came plain. When I got to work and noticed my mistake, I called the store and talked to Rue (I hope the spelling is correct). She told me what I needed to do and offered to make me a new one with the toppings I wanted. Her customer service is the reason why I will buy from there again. She was absolutely amazing and understanding. I offered to pay for a new one because it was my mistake...
