I have ordered 2 black beans(black beans only without rice) and paid extra for extra black beans and paid extra for guacamole and included onions also and paid online and when I collected my order it’s just beans and smelling spoiled rice. This is completely frustrating even when I paid extra for what I want they still gave me a different spoiled item. Please avoid this location if possible Taco Bell. They completely spoiled my mood.

Went through the drive thru around 3pm. She rushed me while placing my order, didn’t ask if I wanted any sauce, didn’t ask if I wanted my receipt. Didn’t say anything when she handed me my card with no receipt, just shut the drive thru door. I’ve worked in food industry for years and know that is not how you treat customers.

Wish I could give it a 0… the employees don’t listen whatsoever & have no type of hospitality when it comes to taking orders or serving guests. It’s so bad to where I placed an order (a luxe box) & they had the correct order labeling of the foods that i wanted in the box but when i opened it it was the total opposite & them incorrectly making my order has happened multiple times at this location. The owner needs to find more diligent & conscientious workers.

CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENT! This is the 2nd time I’ve been overcharged for my disgusting order. Additionally, there was no ice in my so called ‘sweet tea’ which was so gross and looked like urine and my Mexican pizza wasn’t cooked all the way so the cheese wasn’t melted. No utensils or napkins given. I’m sick of being overcharged for stuff so I’m disputing it this time and I won’t be going to back to this location. Who are you hiring to run your stores? They suck.
