Terrible experience at Texas Roadhouse. I waited for about an hour, thinking I was on the waitlist. When I finally went to ask, they told me I had never even been checked in. Completely disorganized and disrespectful of customers’ time. To make it worse, I tried calling and they kept hanging up on me. If you value your time and basic customer service, don’t come here. I won’t be returning.
Vanessa was the best waitress ever, I highly recommend asking for her !
