Just popped into this place this morning to order a smoothie , was greeted with “ we are only taking online orders , we’re understaffed .” Ummm , so I’m standing here now , and you want me to order online ? Your not going to take my order ? “ no mamn , only taking online orders .”
Here’s a thought …. If you don’t have anymore customers , you absolutely won’t have to worry about being understaffed 😉. Just lost this customer , but thank you .
Great lunch/smoothie combo
Customer service is terrible and it starts with Anthony, the owner of this franchise and trickles down. Please do yourself a favor and visit another location! The owner talked back to me, gave me attitude, and wouldn’t refund my order! I have been to numerous locations and they accommodate my special diet when I mistakenly order the incorrect item at no charge. But, at this location, not only do they charge, but they berate you in front of customers and won’t refund your order!...read full review
