PEARLETTE MOURNING

Ordered online for carry out. Was ready for pickup in less than 30 minutes. It was a large family menu. 50 wings and sides. Store was clean and employee's were nice. Order was waiting on me when I got there. Fast service. In and out in less than 5 mins. Will order from this location again in the future.

Stay away from this Wingstop customer service was terrible completely messed up the order and that was after waiting 20 minutes then inquiring about our order to see how much longer it would be and they replied oh we forgot to submit the order and make it… even after that they messed up the order! Need new management in this store for sure!

This location always gets our meals incorrect or incomplete. Tonight was the last time. Our order was incomplete on 2 Combo meals. So, we went up to the establishment, after our meals were delivered, and the manager said it was the dashers fault. The bag was completely sealed, and this has been a reoccurring problem so that would mean all the Dashers were stealing food. We had enough of the issues so we decided to go up to the store...wasted DD fees, but it has been ridiculous. The manager made us pay for the items that were missing, even though we had a receipt. When we got home, it was still incorrect...should've checked in the car, but we were just so put off by the whole scenario. He made a switch completely on purpose. I plan on calling the corporate office tomorrow. Do not order from this location. If you are a Dasher, then don't pick up food from this location because they will blame it on you. It is sad to say that one location can make us not favor Wingstop anymore.

Stopped by yesterday and ordered the new deal they had and was super excited to dig in but once I got home! The wings were rubbery and the fries were soggy!! How gross! I live literally down the street which don’t make no sense! ANYWAYS I contacted the store the day of and was told I could come in for a remake until I actually called for my reorder! WHOEVER THE MANAGER IS HE WAS SUPER RUDE! CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY AND HE DEFINITELY DIDNT HAVE IT!
