My wings are solid as a rock, I barely got any fries! The only good thing about my food was my drink.

Requested for ranch dip I ordered to be double checked to ensure its ranch for a mobile order. As my son has a severe allergy to mold and blue cheese dip causes anaphylaxis. Lady on phone was very polite. Said no problem. Then gave us blue cheese. Extremely disappointing and reckless

FOUND AN ENTIRE FLYHEAD IN THE BED OF MY WINGS. I guys I got chicken wings and fly wings on the side. I’ve been throwing up for about 20mins now. Just got enough vial to type this. Never eating at this location again in life.

I placed a DoorDash order from the Wingstop in McKinney and asked my driver to kindly grab me an empty cup. Just a cup. Nothing fancy. You’d think after spending good money on my food, a simple request like that would be honored without a second thought. But no this location had the nerve to tell my driver that they refuse to give me a cup unless I paid $3.59 for it. FOR. A. CUP.
Let that sink in. I spent over $30 on food and they wanted to charge nearly $4 for an empty cup. No drink. Just the plastic.
And to make matters worse, there’s no option on the app to even add a cup to your order. So if you’re ordering delivery, you’re just out of luck unless you want to be nickel-and-dimed for something that should be common courtesy.
That’s not just stingy. it’s downright disrespectful to paying customers. It made me feel like I’m not valued at all. I wasn’t asking for the world, just some basic customer decency. This kind of petty, greedy behavior is a prime example of why people stop supporting businesses.
Wingstop, if you’re that desperate for $3.59, keep it. But don’t expect loyalty from customers you clearly couldn’t care less about.

Wow! You changed your amazing fresh cut fries to frozen fries. You changed your ranch and not the same homemade ranch you had for so many years. Dumbest decision you could have made. I have been a Wingstop customer since you opened your doors. You have lost me as a customer. I won't be back.

We ordered online and were shorted some food. The phone call was easy, Santiago was very nice, gave a credit for us and it wasn't a hassle to deal with the error. Santiago is great at customer service. That seems rare these days. Thank you Santiago!!

Place an order about 2 months ago . The wings were cold in soggy not crispy and hot and fresh and so were the french fries. Today they replaced the order I added another order of boneless wings. The fries again cold shriveled up old. And they turn the boneless wings into regular wings. They couldn't get it right how do you mess up a redo order? The guy that answered the phone at 5:00 said that other guys that were there were obviously trainees or new. It's funny cuz when I went in to pick up the order the one guy was complaining about his job that he wish he didn't have to be at work . Obviously a Democrat.
Maybe that's why my order was messed up hiring people that don't want to work?!

I love to go to Wingstop for the fries but tonight they served us some that had been obviously sitting out for a long period of time that were cold and stale. Very disappointed.

I find that every time I place I order, I am waiting anywhere from 25 to 40 minutes for my food. The young man working front counter yesterday at around lunchtime was rude and couldn't care less. Before I waited over 40 minutes for 3 chicken sandwiches. My sandwich was fried hard bread hard, and my fries were atrocious. To watch 3 people order after me and get their food before and to get an attitude when I asked was my order ready. I am truly disappointed in this place. When I asked if they had Mayo for the chicken sandwiches, I was asked, "You never had a chicken sandwich before?" And just look at those fries.

No “ manager “ on site. We did 2 deliveries thinking 1st one was a mess up. Nope. Driver just dropped off at random location. Wingstop and door dash will just play blame game on each other. The team at this location refuses to help with issues

Real bad service today. Walked n 2 get an Uber order and was told not ready. Sat there 4 at least 5 mins waitin 4 them 2 tell me the customers name was ready. All they did n that time, is yak away n spanish and helped 1 customer. I had 2 ask if the customers name order was ready.. another guy b4 me was very angry cuz these employees just yakked away. I'm gonna wear my translator ear phones not time 🤨😏
