Zio Al’s pizza & pasta McKinney

I order from her atleast 3 times a month on Uber eats and it used to be REALLY GOOD now not so much going to change locations the pizza is really good and we live for the halal options

We love Zio Al's pizza but they have become over priced with no coupons or promo codes. The food is a 5 star, but I can go out to eat for the cost of 3 pizzas with no coupons or promo codes. I attempted to call in to do a carry out order in hopes they had a special, but no specials are offered. 3 large pizzas came to $75. I'll be going back to ordering our Pizza from Mr Jim's.

Called at 2:30 to order a pizza and they told me they closed 30 mins early. Called the next location in Frisco, and they had no problem making my order. The McKinney location has fallen off a cliff. This is the 2nd their customers service has failed. At this point they might as well close that location…

I ordered a large pizza half buffalo chicken half cheese, I get there after waiting 20 minutes they tell me that they messed it up and made it all cheese and they asked me if I would wait 10 minutes for a new pizza I said sure, after waiting 10 additional minutes they give me my pizza and I get home I find it just cheese with a couple of chicken pieces on it no buffalo sauce!!

Came in today for the first time and boy were we blown away! GRANT was absolutely fantastic and so awesome he gave excellent advice and made sure every item was hot fresh and delicious!!! We will definitely be back and spreading the word!!!! Some of the best pizza I have had in awhile 😋

Hawaiian and signature was good but the gyro was a little crazy. The veggie amount was a little too much for me but the gyro meat itself good. Would probably get signature again.

Had a vacation with my friends and we flew into dallas on the way home and after a day of rough flights and delays- we wanted one thing and that was some pizza and wings. We googled pizza places and looked for some options and fell upon Zio Al’s. We called to place an order, paid over the phone and headed to the store. When we got to the store they couldn’t find the order- we quickly found out that someone called the wrong location to place their order. Feeling defeated, the manager was kind and helpful and still made our order at the location we were at. In a short 15 minutes we were given probably the best pizza i have ever eaten!! We ordered the supreme pizza, the signature, and two orders of wings and Oh My Gosh the absolute best!!! Will be going there again next time we are in dallas. Please Please support this kind and delicious establishment!!

Really great pizza options that you’d be hard pressed to find from any other pizza joint. One of the best in McKinney and surrounding North Dallas area!

This location was our go to for years but they have upped the prices significantly (they charge an additional $3/$4 for thin crust pizza…) and the quality of ingredients has decreased dramatically. We paid $30 for ONE large pizza. Super disappointed and will not return.

I love this pizza chain however this location has a problem with their crust. Each time I’ve ordered pizza, the crust is still raw. The crust is inedible and I’ve had to rely on air frying my pizza so it doesn’t go to waste. The pizza is not cooked enough to the point that it has upset our stomachs each time. I will no longer be ordering here due to being disappointed each time. Please cook the pizzas for longer or don’t load the pizza with so much cheese/toppings that the crust underneath doesn’t get a chance to bake.
