“My friend made me eat their cheesy fries.which I liked n desided to try their burger.which was not cooked properly which they explained later why but was very dissatisfied and let them know. They then reached out to me and took notice of the problem n compensate with extra super duper meal and excellent service. This time food was piping hot n well cooked and quiet delicious! Esp their Mango habanero burger and more then tht their Habanero cheesy fries which is their newly added item.Do try it! Too good!“

“I recently tried Hotline Burger, and it definitely lives up to the hype! The patty melt was rich and flavorful, the jalapeño burger had just the right kick of heat, and the classic burger hit all the right notes for a timeless favorite. Each item was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The quality of the ingredients really stands out, and the service was great too. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more from the menu!“

“One of the best patty melts I've ever had if not THE best. The TEXAS toast used was perfectly grilled and crispy. the burger itself was juicy and flavorful! We also had fries w/cheese and it was also amazing. The person who took care of us was kind and very attentive despite it being close to closing. Will definitely be back!“

“First time here! The food was AWESOME! We had the wings, chicken burger, mushrooms and Marsala fries. Everything was fresh and just absolutely delish!!! The service was EXCELLENT, they were so very kind! When I say we will be back, WE WILL BE BACK!

“Words cannot describe how great this place is. Burgers are amazing. The burger buns are homemade and fluffy. The condiment bar has FRESH veggies and cold condiments. Excellent, friendly, lovely service. Spend your money here please, it's WORTH.

“I ordered the Fish and Shrimp. The fish is burnt so bad that it's rubbery and no flavor to either the fish or the shrimp. The burgers are good but really slow service and they have someone at the register that does not like her job. Talks so low and with no emotion and no smile.

“The food is amazing!!! The smells are just so fragrant!! We got the Mini Kamayan and shared it!! It was plenty of food for the 2 of us and we still took home leftovers. I can’t pick one thing that’s my favorite on the whole platter because it was all so good!! The service was impeccable and everyone was so friendly!! We used to go to the food truck many years ago and loved all the burgers then. Still can’t go wrong with anything you get here!! Thank you FnP!!!“

“This 5* review is written while I'm at the Augusta-Westheimer location but it should also apply to the Dairy Ashford and the W Grand Parkway 99 locations as well. It seems the employees at all three locations treat me with respect, act responsively to my orders (never had to wait long and got foods brought to my table), and are patient with my special requests (low salt, menu choices, etc). I think they must be treated well by Beck's Prime 'a management or that Beck's has a terrific culture!
I highly recommend the Grilled Ahi Tuna and Mesquite-grilled Veggies and the Parmesan Truffle Fries!
PS: Restrooms are clean. Dine-In music at the Augusta location is the timeless cool 70's Classic Rock!
