We decided to go get some ice cream tonight, and thought we'd give Braum's another try. The ice cream was delicious as always, but the kids working the drive thru windows are absolutely the worst, hence the reason we don't frequent Braum's in Melissa. Not only was the kid at the first pay window very unfriendly, the kids at the second window slammed the window when my husband asked for dinner extra napkins and then laughed. I visited Braum’s Ice Cream Parlor for some ice cream, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While ordering, the junior staff seemed a bit confused and overly enthusiastic, which led to my order being incorrect. Additionally, when I went to grab milk, I noticed mould on the shelves—a clear hygiene concern that shouldn’t be overlooked.
