My burger was dry and cold. I’m pretty sure the meat had been just sitting for a while and the bun was tough. Just went ahead and trashed it because I don’t like taking food back. My daughter’s nuggets were fresh though! Fries, meh!

Very slow, they had no protection for their hair and they all had long hair. The boy with the iron looked like he had worked for like 20 straight hours with no intention of anything. The soda machine was disgusting and they didn't have paper towels in the bathroom, Saturday, March 30th. 1:30 p.m.

Our family has gone here often but last night I ran through for a Cobb Salad which is the only thing I ever eat there and it's always been correct and wonderful! But last night I get home and it's full of all spring mix no regular lettuce at all which was like eating twigs for dinner and no bacon or chicken which is part of the salad. Barely any eggs or cheese! It was nothing compared to what I've been used to at this restaurant! I will never pull away from the drive through without checking again! I spent $10 on a salad and got a $2 dollar salad!

LaNae is the absolute best worker I’ve ever seen at a Wendy’s establishment. She has such a positive attitude towards customers and is just the overall best employee in there.

Wendy's is the only reliable fast food restaurant in Melissa. Tonight around 8:30pm I got the best cheeseburger I've ever had from a fast food restaurant. It was a simple jr.cheeseburger deluxe. The lettuce, pickle and tomatos were all fresh, cold and crispy. The patty, sauce and burn were hot and delicious. It absolutely smashed. I tried the new cold brew and it definitely can't replace the Frosty-Ccino but it was still nice. The customer service was fantastic. The young man at the drive-thru was friendly and welcoming. The ambiance was relaxing and calm. Overall they always prove to me why I don't need to waste my time across the street at any other fast food restaurant. 10/10

Went for breakfast this morning before work, had to wait for so long that we drove back through the drive thru. The employees we spoke with were so nice, but it took forever to get our order. We ordered 2 2/$3, 3 sausage biscuits and 1 egg and cheese. They gave us 2 sausage and 2 egg and cheese. The biscuits are dry, the food is bland, and the sausage is dry. I didn't even finish my breakfast. This is not the first time we have experienced such low service at this location....now I remember why we usually go to McKinney for Wendy's it's worth the drive if you want decent service and food.
Very rude staff I waited over 25 min for my order.

I think the management is getting a handle on this location. The staff is consistently getting my orders correct. They are friendly and they seem happy to be there. I'm seeing a consistency in the faces. Nice job.

I almost never make reviews but this place is awful. Went Saturday morning for a breakfast sandwich. Myself and one car in front of me in the drive thru. No customers inside. After paying at the widow I was asked to pull over to wait on my order. Next to the car that had been in front of me. After 15 minutes I received my order And left. The car that had been in front was still waiting. Got home and the food was poorly cooked and awful. Even by fast food standards. Save yourself the trouble and don't go.
