Always takes forever for the food.
Food is mediocre and the service is horrible!!! Waited for over 10 for burger (drive thru). Won’t be returning
Ordered a load of their potatoes. Top quality spuds for thy mouth.

Wendy's in Melissa, TX has standout drive-thru staff, with employees like Marianne providing excellent customer service and making the experience enjoyable. Christina also contributes positively by greeting customers with a warm smile and ensuring orders are taken promptly. Although there have been issues with slow service and uncleanliness in the soda machine and bathroom on a Saturday afternoon, the recent experiences have improved greatly. Many customers appreciate the fresh fries and quick service, making them feel like they are getting what a Wendy's is supposed to be.
