Today, I tried Bakers Ribs on Galloway and I will say I am very please. The Cashier/ Customer Service Representative Leah was Top Tier. She greeted my wife and I as we came in. Since it is our first time she let us try the ribs and they sausage before purchase (because I am from Chicago and particle about my ribs and my wife tried the sausage (She from Louisiana IYKYK). I have to give a big shoutout to Leah at Baker’s BBQ off Galloway in Mesquite! She’s always so friendly, professional, and full of positive energy every time I stop by. Even when it’s busy, Leah keeps a smile on her face and makes sure everyone’s taken care of. Her great attitude and attention to detail really make the place feel welcoming. She’s a big part of why I keep coming back — awesome service and great vibes every time!
