I went to this Burger King late one night and the young lady that was working at the window i think her name is Iiyana. she's need customer service classes and an attitude adjustment. Its people like her that makes customers never want to return
You know I honestly don't know if it is the Burger King's in this particular Mesquite area or if it's just random occurrences but it's been happening quite often where these Burger Kings in this area have been running out of things tonight during my experience I've been at work since early this morning and I haven't really eating that much today so I wanted to come by to grab something quick to eat and I get to the drive-thru window and they say they don't have fries or chicken...read full review

My review is for D'Angelo (I asked for his name). It was refreshing to witness someone that loves their job and is great at it. D'Angelo was super kind and just had a great attitude and smile that really makes a person having a not so good day better. The world needs more people like that. He was working the drive-thru, front register and also was taking out the trash and we still felt like his only customers. Outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this BK.
