I don't know if they change the cook but I already gave the carnitas 3 chances because they were good but not before they were a little dry but it's already a lot and salty and the red sauce is pure water everything else is fine
The service is good, the carnitas gorditas are delicious....but the enchiladas look like quesadillas, it's just cheese that they have falata that puts the typical cheese scrambled in sauce
