I wasn't satisfied the first time that I went, so I decided to give it another chance. Huge mistake! I had the gizzards, and they were all clumped together and not cooked properly. Some of the batter was doughy, and the gizzards were undercooked. I threw the food away. Positive note, the customer service is excellent.

Stopped by the towneast location today, I was iffy if I wanted to stop or not considering I had a bad experience the last time I went
A lady name Ally was in the store I recognized her since I do go to the garland location

Wow, here I thought I'll grab something to eat because im in a hurry to go do nothing at home. My belief was customer service was gone from most places you eat fast food. I was completely wrong. LaKoya (sorry if it was misspelled) she was so wonderful, a perfect example of how to talk to customers. The entire staff was GREAT, food was hot, corn on the cob was so tender and everything was so fantastic. I really appreciate customer service just because I've been...
