It's not close to home. They're always closed and an early hour during the week. I usually try to call ahead to find out whether they're open.

Chi's Wok has been my go-to place for Asian food for years. Never been disappointed. Great main dishes like lo mein and super appetizers like fried shrimp. (Note this is a take-out or delivery place.)

Some of the chicken was very hard, crunchy. The guy came out to the cooler and what looked like this and I guess just recooked it. Not all was hard. No flavor in the rice, no vegetables. Guess I'm used to other Chinese in my home state.

The staff and owner are awesome. The food is also made fresh to order and everything was delicious.
I spent $40 on a General Tso Chicken and Sesame Chicken combo with fried rice, and unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The food tasted old, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours—not fresh or flavorful at all. On top of that, they charged an extra $3 just for fried rice, which many places include in the meal.
What really concerned me was their food handling. I noticed they keep their chicken in a freezer right at the front of the restaurant, which doesn’t seem like a good setup, especially when food needs to be transported to the back kitchen. It doesn’t feel sanitary or properly managed.
To make matters worse, if you order a chicken wing dinner, they cut the wings in half and charge more—not even giving you whole wings. Between the questionable food quality, the pricing tactics, and what looks like poor food handling, I won’t be coming back.

I have been trying to find a place that makes Shrimp Egg Foo Young gravy like I'm used to from Colorado for the past 8 years since moving here. All other places it's made with molasses. Not Chi's Wok. FINALLY I found a gravy with the soy-based flavor I grew up on and I am so excited. It was sooooo good. Please don't ever change it!!!!! The cream puffs & egg roll were also super good. Will definitely be back & will pass the word on to family who have also been trying to find a restaurant that makes it right. :)

It’s definitely a whole in the wall, but the food was like home. Chinese Wok’s back in Florida was a favorite of mine. If I lived in the area I would be here often, but was in the area and stopped before heading home. Can’t remember what I ordered, but everything was great.

Nice people, you don't last this long with bad business. I remember getting takeout with my family when I was 5, 18 years later they still have great food. Adding a window for a view of the kitchen would go a long way. I wish they delivered :-)
2024 update: Still great food and friendly service.
