Love the food and customer service. Kids enjoy the game room. Love the fact that you can order a special pizza and they'll make it for you and bring it to you

Cicis Pizza is a popular spot known for its attentive and friendly staff, including Crystal and Mrs. Rosa, the professional and sweet manager. The restaurant features a clean, well-stocked buffet and a warm atmosphere, making it a great place to visit regularly. Recent visits have shown improvements in the pizza quality, with hot and fresh pizzas coming out quickly, and good customer service from staff like Cassandra and Claudia, who made a child's birthday celebration special. While some customers have noted that food can get cold quickly due to the restaurant's temperature setting and limited options, overall, many find this location a pleasant place to dine. Despite occasional issues with food quality, the friendly staff and inviting environment continue to make Cicis Pizza a favorite among many customers.
