My rating is mainly based on the DoorDash service, although I ordered through the Crumbl app both times.
Both times, it took over an hour to get delivered. Two hours at the longest. First, because the delivery driver canceled and DoorDash didn’t replace the driver on their own. Second, because the delivery was marked as “delivered” but was not. The driver would not respond to messages or calls. And there’s no photos used to mark delivery, which would help a lot....
