So I had my first Karen experiences this with a male this dumb fool informed me he’s the new manager and I no longer can get my burger cooked well done. He stated there burgers are already cooked well and therefore they can’t do this according to policy. I said well that sounds foolish because everyone eats differently and I’ve NEVER been tod that! So if someone ask for there burger medium rare you can’t do that either. No reply! I said just give me my money back...read full review
