Visited last Saturday and I've been meaning to post this forever. Walked in and it smelled like fresh cookies, which is always a plus. I dont usually shop in Mesquite and wanted to grab a soup and sandwich. I got a friendly greeting and the service was so much better than I expected. Shoutout to the gentleman with the glasses. I think his tag said Dustin, he was great. Soup was hot sandwich was good and the tea was perfect. Thank you for all you do.

We have visited McAlister’s Deli since the first week it opened. We have observed many changes and much growth in the management at the Mesquite location. One very good change is the hiring of Winter. She is kind, respectful, smart, intelligent, courteous, personable, charismatic, perspicacious and professional. The food was OK, but the service was great our French dip came out overdone we returned it, and the one they brought back was great If I could write the food and the service separately, the food would’ve been about a 3.5 but the service was five stars
