I tried the cinnamon toast crunch protein shake and LOVED it! Definitely have to ho back to try other stuff soon. The service was phenomenal! Very helpful with first timers and friendly. I personally look for extra protein so I enjoyed the selection they have to choose from.

I've been to MVP Nutrition twice already I try to go when I have my clients nearby and when I have little extra funds. Each time I go by my goal is to try something new! First time I went I got strawberry banana cheesecake protein shake it was really good and it took me half day to finish it (pretty big portion), but it filled me up during my day of cleaning. 2nd time I went was on my bday (March 20), I can't remember the one I got exactly but it was chocolate oats with protein (like overnight oats) (it tasted like dessert in a cup literally) it was AMAZING!! It made me feel full till dinner that night. Hector ended up surprising me with a free drink with energy in it to try (cherry cola flavor, it was really good and lasted me through my last client). I most definitely recommend to everyone to try! I wish there were more locations! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! Environment is laid back and very clean!

I stopped by the other day after an event in Mesquite. I love cucumber, So I got the cucumber breeze ❤️OMG let me tell you it was so good ❤️❤️ I had the best experience! They were all very sweet and kind made you feel very comfortable to walk into their store. I would definitely refer them 😊

Hector was amazing! You can instantly tell he really knows his stuff—his understanding of anatomy and how the body uses energy made the whole visit even more valuable. He explained the products in a way that was clear, honest, and backed by real knowledge.
The shake and tea were both fire, the service was top-tier, and the atmosphere made me want to stay and chill. MVP Nutrition & Energy is truly my new-found addiction. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
