Criminals. I ordered a New York crust the works. I got a 16 in Original crust but paid for a XL NY Crust. Skimpy toppings, cold and undercooked. This was my first and last order from this place.
I love Papa John’s pizza but was completely disappointed when we received our order today. We ordered 2 pizzas and both were made with 2+ inches of plain crust around the perimeter. Our large “pepperoni” pizza had about 5 pieces of pepperoni on it. We have been ordering from this location for years. Very disappointed. I tried calling the location to make the manager aware of the poor quality but once the phone was answered was immediately put on hold. Gave up...read full review
