Great! Well worth the 60 mile round trip to get there! The staff were all very friendly. Anyone that grew up with Pancho's will likely enjoy this location and will know what I mean. Anyone who didn't, may not. Pancho's is not Mexican food, not Spanish food, not Tex-Mex food...it is a food style of its own. Lots of choices, and all you can eat. Be sure to end with the sopapillas. I miss the Lewisville Panchos, but it’s only a 35 minute drive to Mesquite and we’ll worth it!
