***Update, hate they took away the bourbon wings, also sadly third time I've ordered fish and the crust/batter just slides off the fish, so l ate plain fish no crust😩, also there has to be something done with the wait time and online ordering is difficult.

Visited Quincey's last weekend and got the catfish and shrimp. Customer service was great and the food was even better!! Fresh and hot had to wait to bite into it, it was so fresh. I will definitely be returning.
Drove an hour and a half round trip plus waited 20-30 minutes for my food and it was worth every minute. They take pride in the quality of their food and you can tell in every bite. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you Quincy

However, be prepared for a wait, as the sign says, "Please Expect A Wait, Because This Is Not Fast Food." The wait is worth it, as the food is fresh, hot, and cooked to order. The catfish and shrimp are crispy, well seasoned, and battered, and the fries are seasoned and golden brown. The restaurant is located inside a gas station, across the street from Poteet high school. Customers highly recommend Quincy's Chicken & Catfish, but suggest coming 30 minutes early during rush hour to avoid a long wait.
