I walked over from a nearby hotel and tried to place an order on station 21. This is the one in middle for people that walk up. I pushed the button to order and stood there for 15 minutes before walking away. During this time people were pulling up in their cars and ordering without issue. I was even asked by an employee if I had been helped, which I said, “no” after waiting 10 minutes.
