I've lived in the neighborhood by this shop for over 7 years and never once had a bad experience. The owners are nice people and very friendly. They have amazing croissant sausage roles as well.

Been eating these donuts since my childhood used to be a wonderful place. was very disappointed to find out that recently the old Vietnamese family that owned the shop got bought out by some random Caucasian people and now the donuts are terrible. They’re all hard and they don’t look appetizing. The new owners are putting a bad name on the reputation that the old owners had . very disappointed. The worst part is the glazed donuts look like Krispy Kreme doughnuts, which are disgusting
