Placed a mobile order ahead of time and when I showed up it wasn't ready. I had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to ask if I had an order. This is after one of them gave me my drink for that order earlier.

Came in on a theisaday night and ordered online. I was asked the name of my order 3 times in the drive through line. I got to the window and a guy asked me my my order. He was super nice and then another lady came and had a different shirt on who I’m assuming is a manager and told me my total was $14.43 but I ordered online. Then she left and said the skate machine was out, so I said I would wait Until the machine was working because although they offered another drink, I paid...

Walked in to an empty lobby!! Great right? Nope stood in front of an employee for 10 mins with no hello how are you I’ll be right with you nothing? After ordering while waiting on our food the guys in the back are cussing up a store and are loud as can be!! Lord help us all!
