We came in last weekend and each got a scoop in a cup. We came back this weekend and ordered the same thing but got half as much ice cream. Ya'll should have standards. We won't be back.

I don't know who needs to see this. But I've been multiple times at this location after 9pm ish way earlier than 10pm and employees close this location way earlier. Its fine to close at 9pm if you want to, but if you have multiple signs and advertise you close at 10pm I think this policy need to be followed. It is really upsetting to drive there and employees just lock the doors and don't even have the courtesy to at least say “sorry our freezer always breaks at 9pm and our ice cream is melted”. Im being sarcastic. FYI CVS across the street has great haagen dazs and blue bell ice cream and is always open! Thank you CVS for being there for my pregnant wife cravings!

Completely unsatisfied , I was a customer dining in with my family and the manager Danielle continually harassed a delivery driver . He was very respectful towards her I just don’t understand the hostility coming from the managers end . I will never come back hopefully the next location I decide to go to provides a more respectful and comfortable atmosphere..

Took forever to order and still had to wait 15 mins for the girl to walk up and ask us what we had ordered. Then waited another 10 mins to actually get our order done
Drove up to speaker around 3:30 pm , nobody in line up ahead , waited for a while nobody responded , drove to window, I can see they are somewhat busy & waited patiently, the person @ counter turned & looked right at me but never bothered to at least acknowledge & I continued to wait they kept going back & forth never bothering to at least come to window & tell me they’d be with me soon. I was going to beat on window to get their attention but was already getting upset & finally left. Management teach your employees to acknowledge ALL Customers no matter how busy they are.

I waited at the window for 15 minutes and nobody came, when they finally showed up they barely said 3 words. My milkshakes were liquid by the time I got them, but I had seen them sitting at the window the entire time I was there.
