Out of ice cream lady went in the back for 10 mins to find it came back out said nothing then wad asked 3 times to just use a different one out of hot fudge didnt say anything til I asked for it (on an item it automatically comes with) removed whip cream to add fudge never replaced it didnt heat up brownie for brownie Sunday

This location is attached to the Kent Kwik gas station but still provides the full menu, with pre-made cakes, ice cream pies, pints, and custom cones to go. The staff was friendly and the customer service was excellent. My attempt at grabbing a pre-made cake failed miserably, but Dominga became my hero(ine) and came to my rescue. She went above and beyond to help me get my birthday boy's cake during the after-school rush, no less! I grew up with Baskin Robbins as my go-to ice cream store, and now Dominga and the team have kept me as a repeat customer here. Thank you so much!

Horrible attitude, 3rd time I’ve came and they don’t have dipped waffle cones. Same girl. First said they didn’t dip enough the previous shift. Next time I came she said they can’t because they are busy. May 1st at 6:45pm

Customer service was amazing the Tall girl with glasses was amazing and quick with my orders and shes Mexican so she also speaks spanish!!! Overall amazing ice cream with amazing employees will def be coming back

We came in last weekend and each got a scoop in a cup. We came back this weekend and ordered the same thing but got half as much ice cream. Ya'll should have standards. We won't be back.

I don't know who needs to see this. But I've been multiple times at this location after 9pm ish way earlier than 10pm and employees close this location way earlier. Its fine to close at 9pm if you want to, but if you have multiple signs and advertise you close at 10pm I think this policy need to be followed. It is really upsetting to drive there and employees just lock the doors and don't even have the courtesy to at least say “sorry our freezer always breaks at 9pm and our ice cream is melted”. Im being sarcastic. FYI CVS across the street has great haagen dazs and blue bell ice cream and is always open! Thank you CVS for being there for my pregnant wife cravings!

Completely unsatisfied , I was a customer dining in with my family and the manager Danielle continually harassed a delivery driver . He was very respectful towards her I just don’t understand the hostility coming from the managers end . I will never come back hopefully the next location I decide to go to provides a more respectful and comfortable atmosphere..
