After the Cold Front and entering back into the real world Rudy’s came through with everything greatness. Ribs, Brisket, Sausage. Potato Salad,Beans, Green Chile Stew——ALL ON POINT!!!! 10 out of 10. Highly recommend . ….Thank you Rudy’s

Excellent BBQ. Brisket is awesome some of the best I've had. Sausage and turkey are phenomenal. Will be back again and again.

Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q is a cafeteria-style barbecue place with a great atmosphere, like a picnic. The minute you walk in, the delicious BBQ smell welcomes you. The whole place is very clean but can be a bit loud. Service is fast, friendly, fantastic, helpful, and patient, with staff who will explain the entire menu. The food is wonderful, delicious, hot, and fresh. Favorites include the pulled pork, brisket, and chicken. A half-pound of brisket is reasonably priced. While service can be a little slow and there is no drive-thru, it is worth the wait. Many customers highly recommend it and cannot wait to go back.
