We were having trouble finding places that could accommodate our lunch time, but he assured us he could have everything delivered by 10:30 that morning and he was right on time! “The people here are always abundantly friendly, welcoming, make me and my family feel welcomed and valued! They treat us more like family or friends than customers, and engage in conversations with us. On my 1st visit with my brother, everyone was awesome, especially Sadie, who was such a sweetheart, and Carter - they were so helpful in answering my questions on about the menu! The managers and other people were equally as awesome, and one of them gave me a card to bring in next time for a free entree, which a manager would sign, then I could bring in another time, for another free entree. They all thanked us for visiting, with enthusiasm and smiles! Today was my 2nd time here, and I brought my wife. She was impressed. Along with our entrees, we shared a Parmesan Truffle Fries appetizer, and it was huge - it came in a large mixing bowl! Carter was our cashier, and he was awesome as usual, as well as the manager, Tara! He went by each table, including ours, and asked how everything was- he’s perfect to move up to being a manager. Sadie was an angel! She remembered me and asked me, “How have you been?” “How is your brother?” She went exponentially above and beyond what is expected! Many times, she checked on us, and asked how everything was, with a heartfelt smile, enthusiasm and gratitude! She got me to go containers, and offered to fill up my to go cup! She would be perfect as a manager! Tara came by, asked how everything was, our names, and conversed with us about this store, and about people we knew from other restaurants. It’s a small world! We told her how awesome everyone was, especially Carter and Sadie!“

The General Manager, Craig Carpenter, made sure every patron was satisfied with their order. Stopped by to check on us and offered to get us refills and possibly something else to eat. “i haven't been to Burger King in years and today my daughter and decided to go, well let me tell you i got a warm welcome, polite gentleman i requested fresh food, and they took care of that for me, the place was clean bathroom included it felt nice and cool being its 90° outside! i will return! i didnt get the managers name but i did give him a compliment..keep doing what your doing! great job!❤😃“

“Was down in Midland from Amarillo for work with a buddy of mine when we decided to get a quick bite during lunch and Carl’s Jr. was down the street. We were obviously expecting a normal fast food experience but we were met with legitimately the best service I have had in any restaurant in at least the past few years. We went to the bathroom first and immediately noticed how clean they were which we weren’t exactly expecting - then we got to meet Javier who was the absolute kindest, giving us a rundown of the menu, and having incredible customer service. We got our food (with extra items he gave us) and then later came to our table asking how everything was and giving us a bit of his & the restaurant’s backstory. We left joking about how crazy it was that we were expecting a mediocre fast food experience and walked out feeling like we ate at a Michelin Star rated establishment. Food was good and everything about it was great, clean, and inviting. Great and fun encounter, can’t wait to come back when work brings us here again!“

“Ok, well, Gueyes at Tacos Wey is going. I really liked the atmosphere, there are many sayings in the restaurant to stay with while waiting for your order. Everything looks delicious and they love what I ordered. An order of beef gizzard tacos. They were 5 taquitos of corn and came with rice and beans with roasted onion. Tasty.
But the gizzards were boiled just like that without spices. That's why the other person who asks for the order is 4 stars, I'm going to ask them to throw them in the pan and cook them until they turn golden brown and then if 5 stars“

“The Whataburger on Rittiman Rd in San Antonio has the most precious precious treasure. They have an older man working there (I see him during lunch hours) that is the sweetest, most adorable gem. It's hard for elderly folks to find employment, so for this reason alone, I'm giving Whataburger 5 stars. DO NOT lose that sweet sweet guy.“

“We had a great experience at IHOP! Our waiter Z was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great service from start to finish. The food came out quickly and was cooked perfectly.

I ordered the steak tips with eggs and swapped the hash browns for potatoes—everything was flavorful and satisfying. My son was thrilled that they had his favorite BBQ sauce, and he happily devoured both his kids’ meal (chicken strips and a fruit cup) and most of my pancakes! His only complaint? He wished there were more chicken strips—they were that good.

All around, it was a pleasant and easygoing meal. Great service, great food, and a happy kid—can’t ask for much more!“
