“The people here are always abundantly friendly, welcoming, make me and my family feel welcomed and valued! They treat us more like family or friends than customers, and engage in conversations with us. On my 1st visit with my brother, everyone was awesome, especially Sadie, who was such a sweetheart, and Carter - they were so helpful in answering my questions on about the menu! The managers and other people were equally as awesome, and one of them gave me a card to bring in next time for a free entree, which a manager would sign, then I could bring in another time, for another free entree. They all thanked us for visiting, with enthusiasm and smiles! Today was my 2nd time here, and I brought my wife. She was impressed. Along with our entrees, we shared a Parmesan Truffle Fries appetizer, and it was huge - it came in a large mixing bowl! Carter was our cashier, and he was awesome as usual, as well as the manager, Tara! He went by each table, including ours, and asked how everything was- he’s perfect to move up to being a manager. Sadie was an angel! She remembered me and asked me, “How have you been?” “How is your brother?” She went exponentially above and beyond what is expected! Many times, she checked on us, and asked how everything was, with a heartfelt smile, enthusiasm and gratitude! She got me to go containers, and offered to fill up my to go cup! She would be perfect as a manager! Tara came by, asked how everything was, our names, and conversed with us about this store, and about people we knew from other restaurants. It’s a small world! We told her how awesome everyone was, especially Carter and Sadie!“

“Our PTA inquired about ordering pizzas for our teacher appreciation luncheon & Alfonso went above and beyond for us! He was easy to communicate with, very flexible and on time! We were having trouble finding places that could accommodate our lunch time, but he assured us he could have everything delivered by 10:30 that morning and he was right on time! “What a wonderful find!! Great food, exceptional service and friendly people. Very rare to experience all at one place. They cook burgers to your specification and never question your likes. The General Manager, Craig Carpenter, made sure every patron was satisfied with their order. Stopped by to check on us and offered to get us refills and possibly something else to eat. “Service was great, had a bit of a wait but was able to join the waitlist online so that was super convenient! Ordered the biscuits gone wild, pretty bland and there was onions in the gravy which I was not aware would be there (not listed in the menu). Husband ordered the traditional breakfast and it was okay he said. Pancakes were yummy, coffee good and our server was kind, quick and very attentive!!“

“Was down in Midland from Amarillo for work with a buddy of mine when we decided to get a quick bite during lunch and Carl’s Jr. was down the street. We were obviously expecting a normal fast food experience but we were met with legitimately the best service I have had in any restaurant in at least the past few years. We went to the bathroom first and immediately noticed how clean they were which we weren’t exactly expecting - then we got to meet Javier who was the absolute kindest, giving us a rundown of the menu, and having incredible customer service. We got our food (with extra items he gave us) and then later came to our table asking how everything was and giving us a bit of his & the restaurant’s backstory. We left joking about how crazy it was that we were expecting a mediocre fast food experience and walked out feeling like we ate at a Michelin Star rated establishment. Food was good and everything about it was great, clean, and inviting. Great and fun encounter, can’t wait to come back when work brings us here again!“

“On arrival, I noticed an elderly woman talking to herself and complaining. I ordered #2, no onions, mozzarella fries, a #10. Payed, poured our drinks and found a place to sit. Elderly woman complained about her burger. She left upset after the 2nd burger. I picked up our order and noticed that the top bun of our Texas double whopper and fish burger were cold. I grabbed my wife's whopper and spoke with the team leader if she could warm the top bun. I didn't get her name, but she was nice enough to get me another. The top bun was still cold on the 2nd whopper given. We told her about it again so they can address the issues with the bread warmer and to prove having more complaints. Burger King team leader offered our money back. We told her it was fine because we were hungry. After this, the team leader gave us a bit of an attitude. We ate and left. We understand that equipment fails and that it is out of one's control. There was no need to be rude at the end.“

“Ok, well, Gueyes at Tacos Wey is going. I really liked the atmosphere, there are many sayings in the restaurant to stay with while waiting for your order. Everything looks delicious and they love what I ordered. An order of beef gizzard tacos. They were 5 taquitos of corn and came with rice and beans with roasted onion. Tasty.
But the gizzards were boiled just like that without spices. That's why the other person who asks for the order is 4 stars, I'm going to ask them to throw them in the pan and cook them until they turn golden brown and then if 5 stars“
