Nice staff ! Decent games bit pricey but worth it
The was awful and the price was outrageous. Then on top of that I paid 111$ my 4 years twins wanting to play in the play place and was told no because they didnt buy an arm band!!! Like what are you serious!! We will NEVER go back to that place.
Dirty and nothing works all the machines are broken not so friendly people that work there they look more frustrated
Great service for my granddaughters birthday, great crew, great service!
Took my kids so that they can have fun and celebrate my sons birthday but it was expensive for the bad service that we got. Front desk employee had a bad attitude, the restroom didnt have toilet paper, and i perfer not to go back and waste my money there! Overall just a bad experience and not worth the prices they have.
Pizza was delicious
The only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars and not any lower is because the young lady that worked the register when my family and I went for lunch yesterday was such an absolute sweetheart and was very patient and kind with my son when picking out his prizes.
The other, older lady that worked that day needs to work on her manners towards kids. It was my mistake when I misunderstood the young lady about the trampoline being an added expense. I misheard her and didn't realize my kiddo couldn't play on it unless I paid an extra $12 after already spending $130 on everything else. I didn't appreciate her rude attitude towards my kid and I do apologize about letting him on the trampoline without paying for a bracelet or socks. It's such a weird thing to be strict on for a facility geared towards kids.
Honestly not worth the price we paid that day. The food was okay. The salad bar was full.
You would be better off going to another pizza and gaming restaurant for way cheaper. Most of the games were geared towards younger kids and my son was bored really fast.
went for my birthday waited like 30 minutes for my food and when i went to get it i got a pizza i would get from my 7 year old daughter that made at home and i payed almost 40 dollars for a city fair pizza dont go here very unfortunate results
The staff is absolutely amazing!
Pretty expensive, food took forever to come out. Pizza was ok but other food was cold. Not a ton of games but good enough for the little ones.
Restaurantji Recommends
Aracely is the worst experience I ever had in Customer service specially with kids involved.
Very disrespectful person
This is the worst restaurant ever I tried to go on the machine but when I sit down
Game card and trampoline are separate! $12 per kids and per socks. Just an FYI because staff will not tell you that until the kids are jump in the trampoline and grab them aggressively to get out. Over priced and disrespectful staff not worth it at all!

Love taking my grandkids to this Chuck E Cheese location. This place is always clean, games are in great working order, and the atmosphere is upbeat. Staff is amazing and always friendly. The pizza is phenomenal and the salad bar is great. Definitely my go to with the grandkids twice a month.

Over 45 minutes for a cheese pizza!! Trampoline was open so my 3 year old Grandson was jumping on it. Were told we had to pay $12.00 for him to be on it! Staff is not very friendly.
