Great, kid-friendly atmosphere and also a good date place. Full bar with lots of signature drinks- the New Mexican Martini is a favorite. Its a spicy, jalapeño infused cocktail with green olives. Served in a shaker and easily shared. The chips are crisp and tasty with just a hint of salt. The salsa and the creamy dip are excellent. You can order a variety of sauces/ toppings for your tacos and enchiladas. The tacos carbon were delicious- the meat was flavorful and tender. Portions are large. You won’t leave hungry.

Ordered takeout and order was very late. May have been short staffed due to holidays. Spoke with manager who was gracious and apologetic even though she was super busy. She made things right. Food was very good and I'll definately be a repeat customer due to the awesome manager.

This evening I ordered to go food. Scheduled for 6:15. No one came to check on us. We walked in to ask about order. We were told the order would be out shortly. Thirty minutes later we receive our food cold. I called the restaurant at 6:48 and requested to speak to a manager. The female hostess told me the manager was working to go and is too busy to speak with me. This was the worst experience, customer service and food I have ever had. You have lost my entire family as a customer.

Parking lot wasn't even half full. Multiple tables were open. The host told us its an hour and a half wait. They barely had any customers and the service was awful. We come in here all the time when its way more packed and the wait was only 30 minutes. Poor management and service. We will not come here again. The service has progressively begun to decline over the past year.

It is literally impossible to have service worse than what I experienced tonight. Made an order to go around 4:30 and was texted and told my order would be ready for pick up at 5:10. I showed up to the restaurant at 5:10 and was told my order would be ready shortly. My order was not ready until 6:15, 65 minutes late. Upon receiving my order I realized they'd forgotten all of my sides. I notified the staff and was given my missing sides and able to leave at 6:30. 1 hour and 20 minutes late, 2 hours after the initial order was made. I got home 10 minutes later and our entire meal was ice cold, flautas, tacos, everything soggy and ruined. It is literally impossible to have worse service than what we experienced tonight. This is not the first time this has happened either as it's happened the last 2-3 times we've been. I will NEVER go back to this establishment and I will continue to leave negative reviews each and every day until Chuys makes this right. I'd give this 0 stars but the app won't allow me to.

Chuy's is a great place to eat. Friendly workers,friendly people,and I personally find the food phenomenal. I'm from Texas so I love some great Mexican food. I'm also very critical as to what others consider good Mexican food,but Chuy's was definitely on point in my my opinion. The only thing I would change,is I would like it if they had more TVs in the bar area for sporting events. Other than that,the food and service is always great. If you're wanting to go out and eat some great Mexican food,then I'd definitely recommend Chuy's.
