Everything was fantastic from start to finish, the manager Zac went above and beyond to accommodate with great win recommendations to great food opinions. I had the giant meat ball, surf and turf roll, and the half dozen of fresh shucked oysters. Everything was fantastic.

Cowboy Prime is one of my favorite restaurants in the Permian Basin! Excellent staff and perfect atomosphere for a date night, upscale birthday dinner, or a night out with family/friends. All of the food is high quality and packed with flavor. The cocktails are some of my favorite and I never eat sushi anywhere else in the area but here because it’s so tasty and fresh! I’ve been frequenting Cowboy Prime since they first opened and I have only had positive experiences dining there.
Service was terrible. Our waiter was to busy laughing it up with a another table. We could see our appetizers just sitting there and had to ask them to bring them to us. They were cold when they finally brought them over. They some how found a way to make a medium rare steak taste burnt. Steak had no flavor other than burnt. Texas road house is better.

Tried to get in to eat on a Tuesday night, for a birthday. 5 adults and two toddlers. They eat Mac n cheese. The hostess, said if we showed up the wait would be 2/3 hours, I asked if she could possibly put my number down incase anyone canceled, she said no she would forget. Then basically told me no. With no wiggle room, nothing.
