I have received emails from Genghis Grill for years, but I never downloaded the app until I did for my visit Saturday with a coupon for buy a medium bowl, get one free. It didn’t ask me to verify my email until I clicked on the coupon. And apparently it may have been set up incorrectly because I signed in through Apple and it put my email in as private and it won’t let me change it so I don’t even know if they can send me an email through it. The service was lousy and my order was was incorrect and my friend, grandson order was never placed. I have been a long-standing customer and I have never been treated like that ever so now I wish we can have a different restaurant with better service.
This was my very first time ever going here. Came in as a group of four, had to wait very long to be seated, we ordered 2 medium bowls and 2 small bowls. A small was brought out which was correct, a small instead of medium was brought out for second person and they forgot somehow to make the other two bowls. Didn’t bring silverware to eat with and when I walked up to ask for silverware I was not politely greeted and they set 3 forks and stack of napkins near me on the bar top...read full review
