Food quality has noticeably gone down. Tenders have been quite dry and hard and noticeable taste of old grease on them my last 2 visits. Makes me not want to try anything else on the menu at this location. Maybe they can get back on track someday.

The food is good but the young man at the window needs some advice. He speaks so fast while mumbling and speaking at such a low volume you have to ask him to repeat himself. When you do, he sighs and rolls his eyes as if you are putting him out. He doesn't change the volume or enunciation leaving you to have to ask him to repeat it again. If you ask again, I think he then intentionally marks down the wrong items so your order is wrong. Every time! He has been there a while...

This was our first time to Golden Chick we went for a spicy chicken and we got it it was absolutely amazing I will definitely be bringing my family back here again we got four big meals and it was only $52 which is not bad at all
